For professionals who work with families

If a family you serve is coordinating an aging parent's care on their own, Parsons at Home can help. With the family's permission, have them call us; we start with a free care planning consultation.

Who we work alongside

Hospital discharge planners and case managers, elder-law and estate attorneys, financial advisors, geriatric care managers, and physicians' offices who see a family carrying more than they can manage.

What we do for the family

A dedicated Care Coordinator keeps an older adult's providers, medications and appointments working together, checks in every week, and keeps the adult children in the loop. We coordinate care; we don't provide medical or hands-on care, and we don't replace the patient's doctors.

How to introduce a family

  1. Ask the family's permission first.
  2. Have them call (214) 872-6659, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central, or join the list below. Please don't send us health details by email.
  3. We offer the family a free care planning consultation and tell them honestly whether we're the right fit.

What we don't do

We don't take or pay referral fees, and we don't act as a placement service. Parsons at Home receives nothing from any community. We're from the family behind Parsons House senior living, and we say so to every family up front.
