What a membership includes

• A dedicated Care Coordinator who knows your parent and keeps their providers, medications and appointments working together.
• One number and a real person, not a call center.
• A weekly check-in call with the same voice each week.
• Medication coordination: we keep the medication list accurate and coordinate refills with the pharmacy.
• Appointment coordination: scheduling, preparing and following up so you know what the doctor said.
• Provider liaison: we talk to your parent's doctors' offices so you don't have to.
• Family updates, with your parent's permission.
• Vetted in-home help, coordinated. When hands-on help is needed, we find and manage trusted independent partners; their services are billed separately.

What it costs

$349 a month per member, billed monthly. No long-term contract: cancel any time, and your membership runs to the end of the month you've paid for.

What we are, and aren't

We coordinate care; we don't replace your parent's doctors or provide hands-on help ourselves. Parsons at Home receives nothing from any community. We're from the family behind Parsons House senior living, and we'll always tell you that up front.

How it starts

With a free care planning consultation: a friendly first call to get to know your parent's situation and tell you honestly whether we're the right fit. Questions families in Austin ask

Do you work with my parent's doctors in Austin?

Yes. We coordinate with the doctors, pharmacies and specialists your parent already uses. We don't replace them, and we don't provide medical care ourselves.

I don't live near my parent. Can you still help?

Yes, and it's one of the most common reasons families call. You stay in the loop by phone and email; the coordination happens on your parent's end.
